In order for me to but a cd the Digi pak is very important. Firstly, the front cover has to grab my attention straight away. Once it has grabbed my attention I will pick it up and have a look at what it contains. I enjoy CD covers that have the artist on the front cover. This is because I immediatley know whos album it is and the themes they have gone for. Additionally, I like to look at the booklets that are a part of a CD because it alows me to feel like I am closer to the artist.

I personally like music videos which contain a narrative. This is because I feel it makes it fun for me to watch and keeps me entertained throughout the entire video. I always want to know what is going to happen at the end of the video, if it is a happy ending or not. e.g Katy Perry's roar video was interesting to watch as I wanted to see whether she defeated the tiger or not.

I like websites that have a simple layout and that are easy to understand. I like information to jump out at me staright away. Therefore, for my website I will aim to have a simple layout that allows the audience to see the most important information immediatley. My group and I will use a consistent colour theme as this will ensure that the digi pak and website are apart of the same group. Interactivity is very important to be on the website as youth are consumed by the media. This will allow the audience to use social network sites such as twitter and facebok to share their comments and get in touch with the artists.
